The Mason Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon there after as possible, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 201 West Ash Street, Mason, MI. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on Ordinance No. 188, and ordinance to amend Section 94-121 of Chapter 94, Zoning, of the code of the City of Mason to amend subsection (b) to prohibit enterprises or land uses that are contrary to Federal, State or local laws or ordinances. the above documents may be publicly viewed and copied, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m in the Zoning and Development Department at City Hall, 201 W. Ash Street, Mason, MI 48854. The Zoning and Development Department may be reached at (517) 676-9155. Written comments will also be received at City Hall.
