MASON - Mark Wolfgang, author of "Bedderhoff Dead," will sign copies of his book from 2-4 p.m. Saturday at Bestsellers Books & Coffee Co., 360 S. Jefferson St.
The book focuses on Michigan State Police troper Alice Louise Dubose, whom the Upper Peninsula already has tried to kill twice, even before she reached her new post.
Lost in the wilderness, she is redirected to the isolated, dead-end village of Deathe.
It's Homecoming Week there, but a killer also is on the loose.
"Yoopernatural Mysteries" take place in the U.P. village of Deathe, where the supernatural is just another way of life.
