MASON — Peter Kubacki, CEO of The Dart Bank, has announced the retirement of chairman Richard Cheney from Dart’s board and the appointment of John O. Grettenberger Jr. as chairman. Cheney served on the board for 24 years. He is a semi-retired farmer and life-long resident of Mason. Grettenberger has been on the board of directors at The Dart Bank since 2007. He is CEO and part owner of LorAnn Oils Inc.
